支払った金額と同じ金額でしか請求書が、発行できないという事でしょうか。前回支払った金額と請求書は、違います。
請求書を発行する前であれば、前回納品した商品の未入荷によるディスカウント金額を請求書に記載することは、
できるということでいうことでしょうか。
また、商品代金の支払いは、前回納品した商品のクレームによるディスカウント金額を引いた金額を送金しました。
ディスカウント金額を記載した請求書を発行して頂けませんでしょうか。

Do you mean you can only issue an invoice in the same amount as the payment made? There is a difference between the payment and the invoice.
If this were before the issue of an invoice, would you be able to write the discount price on the invoice for the missing product from the previous order?
Also, I paid the amount after deducting the discount amount due to the claim on the last order.
Could you please issue an invoice with the discount amount?
