来場者が出展者にアポイントを申し込むことができます。また出展者側からも来場予定者のニーズや案件などを見て面会をオファーできます。会期前に双方ともに効率的な行動計画を立てられます。
セミナーの取材の際には、希望するセミナーの受付にて登録してください。満席の場合、立ち見または入場できないことがあります。撮影は講演開始後５分以内でお願いします。

Exhibitors will prepare their special local drinks and dishes to welcome and interact with visitors. This unique and casual atmosphere will encourage business talks.

Visitors can make appointment with the exhibitors. Also, exhibitors can arrange meeting times for the expecting visitors regarding their needs and requests. Both sides will be able to make efficient action plans in advance.
For the interviews of the seminars, please resister at respective receptions of the seminars you would like to go for. If the seats are fully occupied, you may have to take standing rooms or not be able to enter. For photo shooting, you will have 5 minutes after the lecture begins.
