備考: 日本に送ってもらいたい商品がアメリカの住所に届いてしまいました。それに対する返信のメールです。

Thanks for your message and we are very sorry the preamp went to your USA address. Is this someone you know? We can either issue a pickup tag and have it picked up from the incorrect address and resent to Japan at our cost, or reimburse you for shipping to Japan if they can resend it to you.

Two questions - 1) do you know the person at your alternate address? and 2) is the unit still packed from when we shipped it? Please let us know your thoughts and we will make it right. We are sorry again for the mixup on shipping addresses.
