中の商品が同じであっても、外箱がホームページに掲載されているものと異なると非常に困ります。
外箱だけでも構いませんので、ホームページに掲載されているものと同じデザインの外箱を至急発送をしてください。
それが無理な場合は、商品代金の返金をお願いできますでしょうか。
こちらに届いている商品の返送が必要な場合は、日本からの返送になりますが、送料の負担をお願いします。

I purchased the product for present.
Though the product inside the box is the same as on the homepage, but the different appearance of the box has put me to an great inconvenience.
Please urgently deliver a box which is exactly the same as on the homepage, even you just send a box is acceptable.
If you cannot help me with that, I would like to return the goods and ask for refund.
If it is necessary to return the goods which arrived, you will have to bear for the cost of delivery from Japan.
