商品発送に関する問い合わせ
こんにちは。9月23日に商品を購入しましたが、まだ商品が届いていません。
今週末に友人に渡すプレゼント用に購入したので、とても急いでいます。
商品はいつ発送しましたか？発送方法と、追跡番号があれば教えてください。
また、いつもそちらのお店から商品発送のメールが届かないので
こちらから問い合わせていますが、今後は商品発送後にメールを
頂けると助かります。

Confirmation regarding the shipping for a product ordered.
Hello. I have ordered your product on September 23, but it has not arrived yet.
I am in a hurry because I had order this to use it as a present to give to a friend this weekend.
When did you actually ship the product? Please tell me how you had sent the product out, and if you have a tracking number for it, please send that too.
Also, I am asking everytime to confirm whether the shipment is done or not since I don't get any email regarding the information from you shop. It would be really helpful if you'd send me an email about shipment confirmation from now on.
