※最近包装が十分でないことや、段ボール箱が頑丈でない為、商品が壊れた状態で配送されることが多いです。商品の箱にも凹みや傷ができないように頑丈に包装してほしいです。

Recently, I often received the broken products due to the imperfect packaging or weak cardboard boxes. I'd like you to pack more carefully not to have dents or flaws with the boxes . There will be some cases I ask you refund if the product is broken.
