Hello,
I have received the mini Grand piano today and it sounds great but there are two keys which do not work. meaning they are pressed down with no action or sound on them. What do I do?

今日ミニグランドピアノを受け取りました。素晴らしい音なのですが、壊れている鍵盤が2つあります。叩いても反応がなく音が出ないのです。どうすれば良いでしょうか？
