まずはじめに感情に任せてメールを送ってしまったことを深くお詫びします。
申し訳ありませんでした。

商品ページの画像以外の商品を手にしたことがなく、今回受け取った商品のどこにもAと書かれていないことや、販売用なのでビニールのシュリンクを破いて中を確認することができないためBだとばかり思い込んでいました。

今回の商品を見返したら1つ封が空いておりディスクにAと書かれていました。
前回お送りいただいたのもAだったのですね。

私の勘違いをどうぞお許しください。
