I have received the quotation of freight. There is one question. Is insurance included in this quotation?

And, it is said that international remittance will be charged handling charge by each beneficiary bank.
Also, it it said that the handling charged might be different by different bank, please advise me the handing charge of your bank designated.
After having your reply, I will remit the total amount of payment of goods, handling charge, freight including insurance, and handling charge of beneficiary bank.
