8/23にオーダーしたAですが、2台注文したのに1台しか届いていません。

この問い合わせは、8/30にしました。

その時あなたは、8/29に不足分の一台を送ったとメールで書いていましたが、9/10現在、まだ届いていません。

一体、どうなっているのでしょうか？

不足分の一個を送った時の伝票番号を教えてください。
