Here is the inventory list with the pictures. Hopefully it includes all the stuff you sent over. There are 3 list on the excel file.

I tried to find the cost of the items on the internet but most are just estimates. Please help to verify the cost if you can remember.

Once you are ok with the expenses and cost I will put the apartment for sale again, unless you have any other things you want to discuss. I will try my best to answer.

写真つきの家具等のリストを送ります。そちらが送った品すべてが含まれているはずです。リストは、3つでExcelファイル形式です。
インターネットでこれらの品の価格を検索しましたが、ほとんどの価格は見積もった金額です。実際の価格を覚えていらしたら、それと比べて差額を教えてください。
価格と諸費用に同意いただければ、アパート（マンション）を売りにだします。もし、その前に、他に話し合って確認が必要なことがあれば、こちらでできる限りの回答しますので教えてください。
