ある老舗のお店のキャッチコピーに関する依頼です。

といった内容だと思いますが、現在、宮内庁（天皇家）では使われていますが、
空軍、陸軍では使われていません。
ですので、「Army and Navy Departments」を過去形にしたいのですが、、

尚、空軍は英文中には存在しないので、Army（陸軍）をそのまま使用しました。
