こんにちは　先日はありがとうございました。私はあなたのお人形を大変気に入りました。しかし、一つ質問があります。前回購入したこちらの子、２体とも、時間が経つと、お顔のペイントがテカリます。スポンジで丁寧にふきとっても、しばらくするとまた光沢がでてきます。てからないように対処する方法を教えてください。またあなたからお人形を買いたいと思っておりますが、この問題が解決しないと再びの良いご縁が結べません。お返事お待ちしております。

Hello, thank you for the other day. I liked very much your doll, but I have a question. The paintings on the faces of these 2 dolls which I bought from you the last time become glossy as time passes. Even if I wipe it away carefully with sponge, it become glossy again. Please tell me the way to prevent it from become glossy. I would like to buy other dolls from you, but if this problem cannot be solved, I would not be able to continue good relationship with you. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
