彼は親子に挨拶もせず、逃げるように屋敷を飛び出した。

ブブーはぶぅぶぅと泣きながら、走って村へ逃げ帰った。
彼が村に戻ると、不思議なことに、皆同じ様に丸々と太っていた。
そして同じ様にぶぅぶぅと泣いていた。

「幸せになれたと思っていたのに何でこんなに悲しいんだろう」

その晩、ブブーと皆は一晩中、ぶぅぶぅと泣き続けた。

ブブーは再び皆と暮らす事にした。
豪華なご飯やパーティは村にはないが、皆と一緒に暮らす方が楽しいと思えたからだ。

丸々とした体はそのままだったが、皆と幸せに暮らしたとさ。

Bubu decided to live with them again.

He was still plump and round, but he lived happily with everyone in the village.
