でも、なぜ納品が40日間後になるのでしょうかとお客さんから問い合わせがありました。遅延した理由を教えて頂けませんでしょうか。
また、追加発注ですが、なぜ既に発注した品番を希望サイズだけ発注することができないのでしょうか。
以前購入したメーカーでは、追加発注に関してはメーカー希望サイズでは発注しなくてよいそうです。
なぜメールするかと言うと、靴の関税を還元する割当の量が、限られているので必要以外の数量を発注することができないからです。
