受付期間終了後、もしくはイベント主催者がチケットのキャンセル・払い戻しを許可していない場合はキャンセルできません。

ユーザー支払いの遅延について

何らかの理由で参加状態にもかかわらず、支払いが完了していない参加者が発生する可能性があります。
主催者様は管理画面で参加状況、支払い状況をチェックして頂き、必要であれば支払いを促すように連絡を取るようにしてください。

定員について

定員を超える参加者は「キャンセル待ち」ステータスとなっております。

You cannot cancel if the reception term is over, or cancellation or refund have not done by event host. Regarding the delay of the user payment It is possible to occur the participants who have not finished their payment though they are in participants conditon with a certain reason. As a host, please check the situation of paricipation and payment from management page and if there was needs, please contact to let them settle payment. Regarding the capacity When the participants are over than the capacity, they will be under the "waiting for cancellation" status.
