We are unable to process your card at this time. We need you to call your credit card company and put your shipping address on file with them. When the billing and shipping address are different, our merchant bank who processes the credit cards requires us to have our customers put their shipping address on file. Once you have put your shipping address on file as a secondary address, we will need the phone number on the back of the credit card so that I can call your credit card company and verify both addresses. We know this is an inconvenience, but we take our customer's credit card information and security very seriously.
