yakake-machi made business agreement with "the waist energy solution Corp" which build a large-scale solar power system in a town ownership pasture on 24th. The 4MW solar plant in the maximum scale within the prefecture will be started to work in March, next year.
yakake-machi lends the company 7ha of the 125ha pasture. The contract will conclude 20-year land lease contract by the end of September. The annual rental is about 3% of the price of electricity sales of Waist energy solution Corp to the Chugoku Electric Power, and it expects about 4,800,000 yen.
