Ships: The Pilgrims receive three transports (blue) on Terra. The Enforcers receive one corvette in orbit around Terra and a corsair in orbit around Venus.
Special Rules: The Pilgrims secretly designate one transport to contain the fugitives; the other two are decoys operated by aspiring martyrs.

ピルグリムは小さいが高潔な少数民族であるが、第一市民と彼の有する悪名高い思想警察により虐げられていた。彼らは星々へと脱出するため密かに輸送船と２機のデコイを準備していた。輸送船には長期睡眠カプセルが備え付けられている。そして輸送機が操縦と旅の終着地点で減速できるよう十分な燃料を維持して太陽系から出さえすればいい。しかしまずは、取締官たちから逃げおおせなくてはいけない。
船: ピルグリムたちは３隻の輸送船（青色）をテラで受け取る。取締官たちは１隻のコルベットをテラの衛星軌道上で、そして１隻のコルセアを金星の衛星軌道上で受け取る。
特別ルール：ピルグリムは密かに１隻の輸送船を逃亡用にした。ほかの２隻は自ら志願した殉教者たちが操作するおとりだ。
