コーヒーポット、シュガーポットの薔薇の蕾の形のつまみの部分に、幾つものカケがありました。しかし商品説明には、それぞれのポットの薔薇の蕾のつまみは最高の状態にあると記載されていました。届いた時、箱は損傷無く、欠けた部分のかけらも見当たりませんでした。これは輸送中の事故でしょうか？もしそうであれば、私はどの様に手続きをすれば良いか教えて下さい。
