不良品を返品するのに、なぜこちらが送料を負担しなければならないのでしょうか？
機械に破損がなければ、その費用は発生しないのですよ？
返品する時に送料を負担する責任があるのは貴社です。
貴社が発送前にしっかりと検品しているなら、輸送中の事故ということですか？
では、郵送会社へ費用請求するべきではないですか？
買い手に費用を負担させるなど、納得がいきません。

Your company is responsible to cover the shipping cost when returning an item.
If you say you inspected before shipping, do you mean there was an accident during shipping?
Then shouldn't you charge the shipping company for the fee?
It is unacceptable to charge such fee to customer.
