To be able to claim on your assurance, you must present the damaged piece in any authorized Lladró establishment, together with the duly completed assurance card stamped by the authorized establishment where the piece was purchased, and also including the authenticity code (if available) or the Limiter Edition Number. Lladró reserves the right to cancel the program at any time.

For the assurance to be effective, it must have been activated within a time of one month following the purchase date.

Only one piece may be registered per certificate. This program does not apply in cases of robbery or loss, so the damaged piece must always be presented at your Lladró retailer.

作品の保証の請求をするためには、破損した作品と共にそれを購入した正規販売店のスタンプのある保証登録カードを、リアドロ正規販売店に提示しなければなりません。また、そのカードに保証コード（ない作品もあります）、またはリミテッド作品シリアルナンバーが記入されていなければなりません。リアドロはアフターサービスプログラムをいつでも取り消す権利を保有します。

保証を有効にするためには、ご購入日の１ヶ月以内にアフターサービスプログラムの登録をしなければなりません。

１つの作品につき保証登録されることになっております。このプログラムは盗難や紛失に対しては無効です。そういう理由で破損した作品を必ずリアドロの店へお持ちいただく必要がございます。
