I checked and found that we have issued a partial refund for the return shipping charges.

I've requested an additional refund of $67.50, to bring the total to $77.00 ($67.50 + $9.50). We've already issued a refund of $9.50 (return shipping) with the return refund amount. This amount represents the return shipping cost you incurred in US dollars. Whenever we process a charge or a refund, we use the exchange rate for the date of the transaction.

This refund will go through within 3-5 business days and will appear as a credit on your next billing statement. Once processed, you'll be able to see the refund here:
