ご連絡ありがとうございます。クレジットカード裏面の電話番号・カード会社に連絡をしましたが、購入時に登録した住所を追加することができませんでした。つきましては、クレジットカードに、アメリカの住所を追加することができなければ、注文することができないようであれば、この注文をキャンセルして下さい。
他に、クレジットカードの住所が日本で、配送先はアメリカの住所で、あなたのネットショップで購入する方法は、ありますか？もしくは、日本に直配送してもらうことはできますか？ご連絡おまちしています。

Thank you for your message. I called my credit card company at the telephone number shown on the back of the card but I could not add the address I used to purchase it.
If I can not add the address in US and I can not buy that, please cancel this order.
Is it any other way that I can buy one with Japan for the address for credit card registration and US for the shipping address? Or can you send one directly to Japan?
