The item I bought from you still hasn't been delivered. It's now been 2 weeks. I've paid you, but you haven't even given me a tracking number. Have you really sent this item? If this is a result of your negligence, I will certainly be escalating this complaint. Furthermore, I will be doing this before the end of the month. I look forward to your response.
