私は、今月１１日に現金５万円を日本の郵便局のＡＴＭから引き出しました。
しかし、未だにＣａｒｄ　Ａｃｃｏｕｎｔｓに記載されていません。
何故なのですか？
カードの残高が分からないと、大変不便で困ります。
就きましては、今後ＡＴＭからの現金引き出しや残高が記録されるよう至急対処してください。お願いいたします。

I've withdrawn 50,000 yen in cash on 11th of this month.
But the record hasn't been described in the Card Accounts yet.
I'm wondering why.
If I won't be able to understand the balance of the card, it's very inconvenient and a nuisance for me.
Then, regarding this, please address the problem immediately to enable recording the cash withdrawal from ATM and the balance.
