私のところに送られてきた荷物に付いていた伝票をスキャンしたものを送ります。
見て下さい。
アイテムリストのところに確かに１８ドールと書いてあります。そして箱の中身も確かに１８ドールでした。２０ドールでは決してありません。
この１セット不足分を送っていただけるか、あるいは１セット分の料金を返金をしていただけますか？
今回購入した商品をとても気に入っており、この先もずっと継続的にあなたから購入したいと思っています。
近々また同じ商品を注文する予定です。今回の対処をぜひよろしくお願いします。

I am sending you the scanned slip which was attached to the package I received, so please take a look.
As you can see, it says 18 dolls in the item list. And there was also 18 dolls packed inside the box. It can’t be 20 dolls.
Could you send me another set, or refund me the difference?
