I just filed a claim with the United States Postal Service, and provided the 8 photos you sent me. I believe the claim number is just the Article Number (see below). If you have questions about the status of the claim, you should contact the USPS and provide that number. If they have any questions, I'm sure they'll contact you.

Any refund will be mailed directly to you.
