第3条（規約等の提示）

本規約は、本Webサイト上への掲載その他の手段により、ユーザに随時提示されます。なお、当該提示された事項は、その名称に関わらず本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

第4条（規約の変更）

1．当社は、ユーザの了承なく、本規約を変更することがあります。この場合、本サービスの利用条件は、変更後の規約によります。

2．変更後の本規約は、当社が別途定める場合を除き、本Webサイト上に掲載された時点より、効力を生じるものとします。ユーザは、変更後の本規約が本Webサイト上に掲載された後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の本規約の全ての記載内容について同意したものとみなされます。
