第1条（目的）

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社SpinningWorks（以下「当社」）が運営するWebサイト「Qlippy」（以下「本Webサイト」）において提供されるサービス（以下「本サービス」）、本サービスの利用者（以下「ユーザ」）、本サービスを利用してユーザによって使用される電子書籍データ（以下「著作物」）、ユーザによって本サービス上に投稿され、表示されるすべての発言、文章、画像その他の情報（以下「ユーザコンテンツ」）に適用されます。

第 2 条 （適用範囲）

1．本規約は、すべてのユーザ、著作物、ユーザコンテンツに適用されます。

2．本サイト上に随時掲載する各種ルールや諸規定等は、本規約の一部を構成します。ユーザは、本サイトを利用した時点で、それら各種ルールおよび諸規定等にも同意したものとみなされます。

3．ユーザは、本規約を誠実に遵守するものとします。

(hereafter referred to as "the Company") administrates, the user (hereafter referred to as "the users") of this service, electronic book data (hereafter referred to as "the works") which are used by the users by using this service and all statements, sentences, images, and other information (hereafter referred to as "the user content") which are posted and indicated on this service by the users.
Article 2(scope of application)
1. These rules shall be applied for all the users, the works, and the user content.
2．The various rules and various regulations posted on this web site as needed shall consist of the part of these rules. It shall be deemed that the users have agreed their various rules and various regulations when the users used this web site. 3. The users shall observe these rules faithfully.
