こんにちは。私は5月18日にこちらのサイトで初めて買い物をしました。
日本まで3~7営業日で到着すると記載されていましたが、購入した商品の配送ステータスを
確認したら、まだ発送されていなかったので本当に7日間程で到着するか不安になりました。
商品はいつ発送されますか？英会話が不得意なので、できればメールでご返信をお願いいたします。

Good day to you. I have made my purchase for the first time on your website on the 18th of May.
It was indicated that the shipping time to Japan is about 3 to 7 days. I have checked its shipping status. However, the item order has not been sent out. This made me worried if the item would get to me within 7 days. When will the item be shipped out? My English is not so good. As such, please reply to me via email. Thank you.
