備考: エウロパという名前の万年筆を購入してその購入先とのやり取りです。

英語が苦手でコミュニケーションが上手く取れず申し訳ありません。
ペン自体がウエロパである事は理解しています。
私は写真に載っていた茶色の木箱も楽しみにしていました。
その為、箱を交換してほしいと言いましたが、諦めようと思います。
このままシルバーの箱を受け取ります。
何度も連絡をしてお手数をおかけしました。

My apologies for not being able to communicate with you very well due to my lack of English skills.
I do understand that Europa is the pen itself.
I was just looking forward to the brown box which was photographed together with the pen.
That is why I requested an exchange of the box, but I'm afraid I will have to give it up.
I am OK with the current silver box.
