注文した商品が届きましたが、破損していました。

注文した商品が届き開封してみたところ15個中2個が壊れていました。この商品はＩＰＡＤをケース内にはめ込んで固定するので、写真のように広がってしまうと不安で使いいにくくなります。
返品も考えましたが、今この商品を日本に持ってきているので、日本からの発送量に＄○○かかるのであきらめました。そこで全額とは言いませんがいくらか返金したいただきたいと思いメールいたしました。よろしくお願いいたします。

The items I had ordered have arrived, but there were some damage.

When I opened the package, I saw that 2 of the 15 items were damaged. The iPad is supposed to fit snugly in the case, but as you can see in the photo, it has expanded and that would make it unstable and difficult to use.
I thought about returning the items, but since they have already arrived in Japan, it would take $xx to send them back so I decided not to. In such case, I won't ask for a full refund, but I hope you will give me a partial one. I look forward to your reply.
