• Thường xuyên theo dõi và hỗ trợ người dùng khi mất tài khoản e-mail hoặc quên mật khẩu. Người quản trị phải quản lý đồng thời nhiều hệ thống Active Directory tại các Site và hệ thống mail vận hành độc lập.
• Tài khoản và mật khẩu thư điện tử khác với tài khoản và mật khẩu của AD. Người dùng phải nhớ nhiều hơn 1 tài khoản dẫn đến dễ bị mất hoặc quên mật khẩu.
• Thông tin chia sẻ giữa các nhân viên rời rạc (không có chia sẻ calendar, không tạo được rule trên server)

• Regular monitoring and supporting user when they lost their email or forgotten password. The administrators have to manage multiple systems and Active Directory at the Site and independently operation mail system .
• User and email password must difference with user and email password of AD. The user must remember more than one account so it's easily to lost or forgotten password.
• Information sharing between employees discretes (no calendar sharing, can't create rule on the server)
• User must update their address book manually and may lose them when changing computer
