HPT vinh dự là đơn vị nhận được sự tin tưởng của Sở TTTT TP.HCM trong việc cung cấp giải pháp giúp giải quyết các khó khăn, thách thức đã đặt ra và tiến tới lộ trình phát triển Chính phủ điện tử trong tương lai.
Dựa trên nền tảng công nghệ Microsoft, HPT triển khai giải pháp xây dựng hệ thống định danh và thư điện tử dùng chung cho Thành Phố theo lộ trình sau:
• Xây dựng cấu trúc nền tảng Active Directory theo mô hình Root – Child domain.
• Hệ thống thư điện tử được cài đặt tại domain Root.
• Chuẩn hóa lại toàn bộ tên đăng nhập của người dùng tại các đơn vị.
• Từng bước chuẩn hóa tiến tới mục tiêu Single-sign-on cho toàn bộ hệ thống của các Sở/ Ban/ Ngành.

HPT is a HCM Department of Information and Communications honored and trusted unit in providing solutions to solve problems, threats in the past and toward to the development of e-government roadmap in the future.
Based on Microsoft technology platform, HPT deploys solution to build identification systems and shared email to the city under the following schedule:
• Develop structure platform of Active Directory following Root- Child domain model.
• The email system will be setup at root domain.
• Standardize the username of the user logged in the units.
• Step to step standardize towoards to Single-sign-on goal for the whole system of the office departments.
