そこでpaypalで支払いができればと思っているのですができませんか？paypalを使えば本人確認ができるので問題ないと思っています。登録してメールアドレス宛てに金額を入力すれば簡単に請求書が送れます。入金の確認ができてから商品の発送ができます。

発送先は○○です。アメリカ国内なのでこちらも問題ないと思っています。
