１０ヶ月後に再開した。稽古が出来ずにストレスに悩まされていた頃と違い、表情がイキイキしていたのが印象的だった。持参した防具で稽古をした。打突も強く稽古をしっかりしていると感じる。現在もまだ仮設暮らしの岩脇さん。学校の校庭にある仮設住宅では現在も２００人が生活する。宅地整備が進まない中、使用期限は２年と言う情報もあるが是非延長してもらいたい。街は表面的には綺麗になっているが仮設住宅から自宅にもどる事が出来ない状況がしばらく続く。私が世界にメッセージを発信したいのは以下の理由です

I met him again ten months after that day. He looked different from when he was under stress without being able to practice Kendo. It was impressive how happy and vibrant he looked. I practiced using the equipments I brought with him. His strong blow told me how seriously he had been practicing.
Mr. Iwawaki who is still living in temporary housing. About 200 people are living in temporary housings on the school grounds. Since the building lot for them doesn't seem to be going to be ready soon, I hope they will be permitted to live there longer than two years as informed. The town is cleaned on the surface but people have not been able to go back to their own houses. The reasons I want to send these messages to the world are the following.
