【至急】欠陥品について
この前届いた商品に汚れが付いてたので、同じ商品を再購入しそれが本日届きましたが、この前の物よりもっと汚れていました。拭いても取れない黒い点や傷が、外側と内側にいっぱいありました！添付写真をご確認下さい。友人のプレゼト用に買ったので非常に急いでいます。先程又同じ商品を購入したので、早急に必ず検品し汚れのない綺麗な物を送って下さい。又、先に届いた物は返品しますが、1600円かかった関税もそちらのお店から返金できますか？早めの対応よろしくお願いします。

I bought it for my friend's present and I am in a hurry. Just now I ordered the same item again, so please check the item before you send and send me a good one. The two items I received already, I will send them back to you. Is it possible to refund the money of 1,600 yen for custom duties?I will be looking forward to recieving your quick reply.
