I saw that you filed a claim thru paypal. I want to resolve this just as you do. You would have already been refunded had you submitted the requested photo to shipsurance. With the paypal claim no refund will even be considered until the item is returned. The return is at your expense, @$30.00. My item and packaging complete, inside another box. Why go thru all that trouble and expense when all that is needed is 1 photo? please advise asap.
All you need to do - see message from shipsurance - much faster and more practical than sending everything back at added expense.

Paypal経由でクレームを申し立てましたね。この件は、一緒に解決していきましょう。Shipsuranceに必要写真を提出してれば、もうこの時点で返金されていたはずですよ。Paypal経由でクレームを申し立てますと、商品が返品されるまで、返金するかどうかの検討も始まりません。返品送料はお客様持ちです。商品が完全に梱包され、外箱に入った状態で単価$30です。本来、一枚の写真を送るだけで良かったのに、どうして費用と面倒な方法をとったのですか、至急連絡ください。
以下、お願いします。Shipsuranceからのメッセージを読んで下さい。自分持ちで全ての商品を返品するより現実的で、解決が早いです。
