先日あなたからR11ヘッドを3個注文しました。いずれもR11の11が若干曲がっており、またフェースアングルの部品が若干浮いています(隙間がある)。これらは偽物の特徴としてインターネットに出ていました。以下URLです(日本語です)

I ordered 3 heads of R11 the other day. I found there are small bents on 11 of R11 and two parts of face angle are not stick together(there is a gap between the two). I saw it in the internet that fake ones have a lot of these problems. I have a URL below. (in Japanese)
I have other R11 which I got from different seller. I don't see any problems like this, so I think it is genuine. If I purchase items from you regularly, I need a proof. If the item is genuine, please send me a certificate or a warranty of this item.
