バイヤーは届いた商品が空だったと主張しています
しかし商品発送時は重さを量ります。
JAPANPOSTも重さを量って送料を決めます。
関税も申告重量を確認していると思います。
発送時の控えもこちらで保管しています
発送時の重さは約34ｇ～35ｇ 発送に使用している封筒の重さは約8ｇです。
間違いなく商品を入れて発送している証拠になると思います。
しかも追跡情報を見ると1ヶ月以上前に配達されています。
この状況で詐欺とフィードバックを受けるのは理不尽です。
The buyer is claiming that the product arrived was empty.

This will be a evidence that the product was in the packaging.
On top of that, the product was delivered over a month ago based on the tracking.
It is unfair to receive a review that is saying this is a scam under this circumstance.
