Dear Buyer and MONDO user,
We are really sorry to see that this item arrived damaged!
The item was checked first time in the MONDO shop and then it was in-spected it second time before shipping.
The only explanation is that during the transportation there were some heavy impacts over the package.
To give you a quick solution there is two options:
- We can send you a prepaid return delivery label trough DHL and after we receive your package, we will exchange the item and send you back.
- We can give some big discount and you can keep the item
You can be sure that we are sorry about this inconvenient and we will do our best to find some quick solution!
