保障についてを郵便局に確認しました。国際eパケットライトの場合は元々保障が付いていませんのでした。濡れていた状態でも紛失しても保障しないのことです。売手に対応するしかないです。濡れてしまったり、ショックを受けてタメージを受けてしまうことを想定してペラの状態で梱包するよりは商品をビニール袋に包みボックスのような丈夫な箱に入れるべきであることです。大変申し訳ございませんがクレームを申し立てさせていただきます。一部払い戻しするか全額を払い戻しするかで対応させていただきます。

I confirmed the insurance for the post office. It says that the international e-packet lite has no insurance. There is no insurance against getting wet or being damaged for the item. That should be handled by the seller side. If the item got damp or damaged by the shock during shipping, the shipping should be done by putting things in the plastic bag and placed in the box for instance rather than the easy wrapping or packing to get rid of such damages. I am so sorry but I am filing a complaint. We can handle either a partial refund or a full refund for this matter.
