Kindleがホーム画面（約5秒間）とプログレスバー付きの木の画面のループになってしまいます。30秒のハードウェアリセットも何回も試しましたが正常に戻りません。交換をお願いします。やり取りをするとすれば、英語が全くできないので、メールのみでお願いします。
