温度80℃の90％濃硫酸にサンプルを24時間浸漬し、浸漬前後のサンプルの重量差から減少率を算出しました。
比較として、A社製のサンプルも一緒に評価しています。

試験手順：昇温１時間＋テスト時間(24時間)をキープ＋冷却１時間
試験後サンプル洗浄：大量の水で洗浄後、精製水で洗浄

結論として、弊社製はA社よりも耐腐食性が劣るという結果になりました。
ただ、Bよりは耐食性は良いという結果になりました。
耐食性を向上させるために、処理条件の確認と線径の確認を行っています。

I assessed the sample made by A as comparison.

Cleansing the sample after the test: After cleansing by using a large amount of water, clean by distilled water

The conclusion is as follows.
The one made by our company is inferior to the one made by A in corrosion resistance.
However, the one made by our company is superior to B in corrosion resistance.
To improve the corrosion resistance, I am checking the condition of processing and wire diameter.
