実際はトパーズということがわかりました。

返品期間が過ぎてい待っていますが
返金は不可能なのでしょうか。

この店は偽物の石を販売しています。
詐欺行為になると思います。

Returning item period was over, and I have still been waiting for the refund and I wonder if it would be done.
