こちらの2件分は引取りができたのでしょうか？KSAに確認をしましたが、emanifestに関しては全てカナダ側で対応をしているようです。emanifestの件で貨物がHOLDされている場合は、解決できる方法はありますか？今後の航空便に関しては貴社のルールに従いますので、取り急ぎこの貨物が無事に配送されるまでサポート願います。

I confirmed with KSA and learned that eManifest is being taken care of by Canadian side.
In case that the shipments are being held due to eManifest, is there any way to resolve it?
