大変申し訳御座いません、出荷状況を工場へ確認したところ、製品の製作が予定通りにいっていませんでした。

納期が遅れている原因は、溶接士が体調不良により長期で休みになってしまったためです。
その事実が営業サイドに伝えられておらず、今になって納期遅延が発覚致しました。

現状の納期ですが、100本を2月28日出荷を予定しております。

納期が遅れているため、輸送条件は現在CIPですが、DAPに変更するなどフレキシブルに検討したいと考えております。

I am terribly sorry. As I have checked the shipping status to the factory, the production wasn’t going as scheduled.
The cause of the delay was the absence of a welding operator due to health problems for a long duration. The fact was not reported to the sales side, so the delay of delivery occurs.
At the moment, the possible timing for the delivery will be made on the 28th of February for 100pcs to be shipping.
Due to the delay of delivery, the condition of transport is CIP currently, but we are considering the best available method should we take such as changing it to DAP for instance.
