これは私たちに責任があるのでしょうか？私たちの登録した内容に誤りはありませんでした。MAERSKにも確認して彼らも問題ないと言っています。指摘後も何も修正をしておりません。この船積みはUSA向けの貨物で、配送業者の申請に不備があったということはないでしょうか？Shipperから鉄道会社からのStorageとMAERSKからDemmurageを請求されております。一日でも早い問題解決を望んでおります。

Is this our responsibility? There weren't any mistakes in our registration. I checked with MAERSK as well; they said that they had no problems. No corrections have been made since it was pointed out. This cargo is destined for the USA, so might it be that there is a flaw in the delivery company's application? The shipper has requested storage from the railway company and MAERSK has requested Demmurage. We hope to solve this issue as soon as possible.
