私たちの処理が問題だったのでしょうか？私たちが登録すべきe-manifestの情報はAcceptされておりました。カナダ税関で止められた原因が私たちにあるとは思いません。原因が明確でない限り、弊社が負担するのは納得できません。

Was there a problem with our processing? The information in the e-manifest that we should have registered was accepted. I don't think we are the reason why we were stopped by Canada Customs. Unless the cause of the problem is clear, I am not convinced that we should be responsible for it.
